For highest quality prints, images should be large (300dpi), transparent background, RGB, saved as PNG. File size should be under 2mb.

All garments are printed using DTG (Direct To Garment) printing. Designs can be full color photos, a one color design, and everything in between. Print size is 14" x 16" and available on Front & Back of most garments. We do not currently offer other print locations (sleeves, etc).

Production time is 3-5 business days once your order is synced. All packages are shipped USPS. Our cost to ship your order is what you will be charged. Each order is weighed and mailed with the best possible price. Estimated prices to mail a t-shirt or sweatshirt in the US is $4.49 but varies from location to location. Make sure to charge your customers shipping on your side to offset this cost.

Merch Filler is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Merch Filler offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
