Getting started with Merch Filler is FREE and takes just a few minutes to get up and running. Once setup you'll be able to send an order from Big Cartel, Etsy, or a Shopify store to Merch Filler. We'll handle the rest by printing and shipping the order to your customer. You can also order merch for upcoming events you have booked. Let's get started!
1. Clicking the Sign Up / Login button in the navigation bar will take you to the login page for the printing dashboard. Click the Sign Up text to create your account.
2. Once the account is created you will need to add a payment method to activate your account by clicking the ADD button that shows up at the top.
3. You will not be charged until you sync an order and we print and ship that order.
4. IMPORTANT To make a connection to Big Cartel, you will need to use the Add Shop button in the top navigation. It will open in a new window which will allow Merch Filler to connect.
5. Select Big Cartel from the list and click connect.
6. Enter your credentials to the Big Cartel shop you are linking and allow the connection to be made.

4. Head to the Shopify App store and add our app like you would any other app.
Merch Filler Shopify App
1. Head to the dashboard by going to the Sign Up / Login button in the navigation bar. Go under the Orders tab on the left menu and then to Unsynced Orders.
2. Any orders that have not been synced or processed will show up here.
3. When you select an open order, you will see the option to Sync Listing.
4. Click the Add Product button and select the garment style that matches your order.
** You will see estimated prices below each garment.Visit the Printable Products page for detailed pricing info.
5. In the Product tab, select the garment color for the order and under the design tab, upload and size your design on the garment. Hit preview & then save.

6. Match the size & color to what was ordered, select the image uploaded from dropdown and placement of print. Hit save and that's it. It will now be in active orders and will be sent over to us to put into production.
When an order comes in, you can choose to sync just the color and size that was ordered or do the whole thing.
You only have to setup the sync one time for each design if you sync all the possible options. It will automatically start sending over new orders to Merch Filler when they come in.
If you do not want to automatically send orders for a synced listing, you will need to delete the product from Merch Filler after you have sent the order over to us. Future orders of that design will have to be synced again.
1. Login into to your Merch Filler account and click the Event tab in the navigation bar.
2. Select the product you would like to order for the event and press the Customize button.
3. In the Details tab, give the design a name. In the Sizes tab, select the sizes you want for the order. Keep pricing at $0.00 so as to not markup the garment since you are buying for yourself.
4. Personalization tab should be set to Print On Demand. Select the All Variants drop down and pick the color of shirts you want this design printed on.
5. Upload File and place your high resolution / print ready artwork on the mock up. Where you place artwork will determine where it gets printed.
6. Click Preview & if everything looks correct, select Create Product button.
1. Head to the Add Order page and select the Add Manually tab.
2. Select the Create A Customer link and add the name and mailing address you would like the live event order sent to.
3. Accurately type the name of the product you just created in the Browse Products area & enter order quantities per size. (Set your size pricing to ZERO)
